Lithium-Ion Factory
The Agratas Gigafactory in Somerset will be delivered during a four-year construction programme. NPAC's scope covers delivery of M&E services including process plant for mixing, assembly, formation, and packaging of battery cells. NPAC provides planning, NEC4 contract management, resourcing & cost services to the project.
Nuclear Power
The nuclear new build project was given government approval to support the UK's 2050 net zero carbon emission target & improve energy security via a stable baseload supply. Services provided include: NEC3 contract administration, EoT/change management, power BI reporting, & scheduling.
Hydrogen Transmission
The project was sanctioned as a UK first for a combined Hydrogen pipeline, connecting into the domestic grid and industry. NPAC provided programme advice for front end engineering design (FEED) studies, development consent order enablement & NEC4 support services.
Energy from Waste
The project was commissioned to replace the existing EfW facility in North Edmonton with a new, clearer, waste incineration energy plant. The services provided by NPAC included dashboard development and supply chain integration & phasing.
Education Infrastructure
NPAC worked with the Department for Education (DfE) to provide robust timing & monitoring for a series of feasibility studies and principal contractor appointments for a set of 10 new build or refurbished school.
