Using relevant programmes and official records at the point of the change, NPAC was instructed to support an MEP client with a prospective analysis for various scope change delays.
All work was carried out to NEC3 ECC Option A & C requirements.
This was a long-term commission whereby the change was delivered from blank canvas to financial implementation.
Hinkley Point C - Nuclear
Using relevant programmes and official records at the point of the change(s), NPAC was instructed to support an MEP client with a prospective analysis for various scope changes and the corresponding delays. This involved a 'Global Reset Agreement' for the entire delivery schedule, which included FEED, Detailed Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chains, Install and Commissioning. NPAC also supported the Narrative Paper from a commercial standpoint and provided a checking facility for commercial deliverables on the project.
